And then, in the Bible, we run up against an entirely different sort of God and it’s such a happy surprise! It’s heart-melting when the Spirit washes us over with the reality that the Father has given His loving Son so that the Son might win a Bride for Himself so that we, as the Bride, can be part of the precious love that the Father, Son, and Spirit have enjoyed from eternity past. Wow—it completely overwhelms our hearts! Thanks, Dave, for painting this wonderful picture of the love of Christ.
